At A Closer Look, a large part of what we do is conduct market research for companies that want to measure quality of sales and service, job performance, and operational compliance. We work with independently contracted Mystery Shoppers to help our clients collect organic and unbiased data about their business. When you choose to become a Mystery Shopper, you’re not only helping our clients gather the best possible information about their business but you’re also making a positive influence in your community by helping industries become better for the people they serve.
