Rachel Vasquez is a dedicated Customer Success Manager & Tech Support Coordinator, ensuring seamless support and satisfaction for customers at our tech and billing department! With expertise in technical support and customer relations, she manages inquiries and technical issues with precision and empathy to making sure you’re set up for success and make sure you fully leverage product features and achieve your goals! When not busy with DGC, Rachel is empowering widows across the country as a Widow Empowerment Coach and Licensed NeuroAccelerated Hypnotherapist as CEO and founder of Living Beyond Grief.
Community Tech Support Specialist – Glenn Summers
Hailing from Tasmania, Australia, Glenn Summers brings a diverse skill set to his role as our International Technical Development & Support Specialist. A lifelong learner with a passion for problem-solving, Glenn has honed his expertise across fields, from culinary arts to judo and digital marketing. Known for his curiosity and tech-savvy nature, he enjoys working on hands-on projects, like building retro gaming consoles and self-taught graphic design. In his role at DGC, Glenn supports our community by answer any technical support questions, providing encouraging support, and making sure our community stays thriving! Outside of work, Glenn’s fascination with time-travel stories and sci-fi inspires his creative pursuits, including his debut as a self-published author.

With over 20 years as a professional empowerment coach and speaker, Jen brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her passion for helping people shine fuels her work both within our team and in her entrepreneurial ventures, where she guides individuals to embrace their voice and presence confidently.
