Job Description

SERVICE 800 has been an expert in Customer Experience, designing programs and providing resources to collect customer feedback in 30 languages from customers around the world. SERVICE 800 offers hourly pay and flexible work/life balance which has contributed to great employee retention.

Customer Reps Duties:

  • Placing outbound calls to client customers to follow up on a specific service event or gaining feedback regarding client/contact relationship.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 and up to 40 hours per week during standard business hours Monday through Friday.
  • Able to follow written script maintaining a professional and friendly tone, with professional communication skills.
  • Provide a quiet home office environment free of background noise to perform outbound calls.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge are necessary, adequate typing skills are needed to capture comments during survey efficiently.
  • Must provide and maintain a personal computer with updated technology and high speed internet to effectively perform duties.
  • Must live in one of the following states: Minnesota, Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Iowa

Salary: $10.30 /hour

Experience:
